Very Important OASIS-C Memo For All Users On v6.8

All OASIS with Date Completed (M0090) on or after January 1, 2010 must be created in the OASIS-C format.  To do so, you need HealthCare Assistant version 6.8.01 or higher.  If you do not enter your 2010 assessments in the OASIS-C format they will be rejected when sent to your State DHS.
