application called the HealthCare Assistant offers a Windows-based
information system supporting financial, administrative and
clinical functions. It comes with our Software Maintenance
Agreement which offers one of the most dynamic support plans
in the industry and also provides unlimited phone or online
support with extended hours from 6AM to 5PM PST. Our facility
hosts thorough and comprehensive bi-weekly training sessions
happening twice a week which deal with topics such as clinical,
billing and finances made available to our clients online
using GoTo Meeting (Webinar). Our computer lab, manned by
billers and technicians, can be utilized as a disaster plan
for OASIS and billing transmission. We also provide regular
product update in-services and a new e-Learning Center providing
health care in-services and CEU. As options, we provide additional
services such as Interim Billing, PPS Revenue Recovery Services.
We offer several Points of Care software choices and several
full-pledged OBQI vendor interfaces.
